Cleaned up the code and made improvements to increase speed and stability.
Added new cell metrics:
- Conductance (carried over and improved from 4.3beta)
- Kernel similarity index
- Kernel diversity index
- Kernel edge density index
- Kernel contrast-weighted edge density index
More metrics and features are coming, stay tuned.
- Fragstats 6 is now available
- Fragstats 5 going in maintenance mode
